Return, Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Any request to return merchandise must be made bu requesting an Returns Goods Authorization (RGA) via email to: sales@americanofficesolutions.com
- Only merchandise with a valid RGA # can be returned. Items must be returned in the original package and in resaleable condition.
- Shipping cost to return merchandise must be paid for by the customer. (except if the error is ours)
- Most merchandise is NOT RETURNABLE. If our manufacturer will take a product back, there will be a re-stocking charge of up to 25% of the current retail price.
- Request for returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
- Special or custom ordered merchandise MAY NOT BE RETURNED-NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Cancellation of your order must be made within 1 hour and we will email you a cancellation #.
- Exchanges normally cannot be made and would be considered a “Return”.
- Refund will be made in the same method as payment was made.
